Under the direction of the Head/Lead Teacher, the Substitute Teacher follows Long Beach Day Nursery philosophy to instruct children in developmentally appropriate activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for child development.

Reader - read to the children of LBDN. Flexible schedule available.
Dental Screener - retired dentists and dental hygienists needed to help screen children’s teeth for healthy teeth and tooth decay prevention. To volunteer, call Human Resources at (562) 591-0509.
