Financial Aid
LBDN provides a limited number of scholarships and subsidies to eligible families through our Stepping Stones to Success scholarship program and the California Department of Education. Please contact a specific branch for more information.
Tuition and Fees
Full fee tuition rates are as follows:
• 6 weeks to 18 months $2,500 monthly
• 18 months to 3 years $2,150 monthly
• 3 years to 6 years $1,800 monthly

What are your hours of operation?
7:30 am - 5:00 pm, M - F, year-round
What is your enrollment process?
• Please submit your application online for the branch location of your choice.
• After receiving an enrollment application an LBDN administrator will contact you if additional information is needed or there is space available for your child in the program.
• Once a space is available, you will receive paperwork to enroll in the program and schedule an informational enrollment interview.
• You and your child will visit their classroom to meet teachers and children and to become familiar with the environment.
• Your child stays, without parents or guardians, for a half day.
• Your child will be officially enrolled and attend their normal schedule.Do you have a waiting list?
Demand for early childhood care and education varies throughout the year. LBDN maintains a waiting list for families at each facility as needed. New children are enrolled on a regular basis when space in a specific age group becomes available. Please contact a specific branch for details.
